Take A Look-See At This Meatless Burger

We absolutely love portabella mushrooms. They're the perfect alternative to a regular hamburger. We grill it or roast them in the oven with a simple marinade of olive oil and balsamic with a little salt and pepper.

Added to a toasted bun with the fixin' this case it was a breaded onion ring....and voila!
