Easy Peasy Pasta


One easy supper!

A tired mommie, plus time change (nope, still not used to it getting dark early in the morning), an achy teen...all equal one easy supper!

Pasta (which I just boiled with salt and olive oil in water). Garlic and olive oil where heated in a separate pan and then lemon juice added and poured over drained pasta. Last, I added salt and freshly chopped cilantro. Lastly add Parmesan cheese....yummo!
