Leftovers - Hummus and Veggies




So, I made hummus yesterday and had some crackers with it. As usual...I made ALOT! So, I craftily set it in the way back of the fridge....so no little fingers got into it. And voila! I have lunch today!

My hummus recipe...well it's not really. A can of garbonzos (didn't have the patience to soak the bagged ones), some of the juice from the canned garbonzos, garlic, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, basil, oregano (from our back yard), salt and pepper. Stick it all in a bender and GO! Play with it...play with your seasonings.... If you are using a 16 OZ can of beans, use roughly 1 1/2 Tbsp of tahini....
