Okay - here we go again! Today's Fix It Friday is the most adorable little chubby cheeked handsome mister man!

What I did was select his cheeks and make a new layer - and do a Gaussian Blur in that layer. I fixed his lips, played with photo filter and sepia-ed and contrast. Took stray hairs out and voila!
