Public Service Announcement

I feel the need to perform a public service announcement due to somewhat unstable individuals that ninja hijack Facebook posts on other people's profiles.

This is a continuation from yesterday. This is an individual who feels finding my blog was indeed a feat of braininess strength. However, she has the will power of a marshmallow. The creepiness of a mouth-breather stalker. The persistence of a parasite.

And so, I give you the following. I made a post on my friends wall regarding blocking one and what a pathetic group she has in these few 'friends'.  This one, once again commenting on something with nothing to do with her, can't help herself. Maybe it's that wonky eye she has or maybe all her dogs and cats were asleep and therefore not very good company, but she couldn't help herself.

THE NAMES AND FACES HAVE BEEN ADJUSTED ACCORDING TO THE LAW
THE REQUIRED PERCENTAGE SO NO ONE'S NAME OR FACE
(ALTHOUGH PUBLISHED IN A PUBLIC ALBUM)
WILL BE RECOGNIZED.

IT IS LEGAL TO POST LINKS TO PUBLIC ALBUMS ONLINE.
SHOULD NO ONE (ahem Commenter) WANT
TO BE RECOGNIZED. PLEASE CONTACT
THE OWNER OF THE ALBUM
TO REQUEST THEY BE MADE PRIVATE
AND THE LINKS CEASE TO WORK.
Meaning -  it does not violate any copyright law as the material was not copied and re-posted. It was merely referenced.

Now, I give you public info on Crazy's page.

First, it's her Christmas Album from 2009.  The lack of humans
and amount of animals gives us a glance into the world
of a lonely cat lady.

Next, it's "Friends and Family" complete with a cardboard cutout of a gay vampire
that she apparently keeps as her mate. It seems the only male semi-human
that will stand next to her. Sad.

It seems that the gay vampire/animal theme continues at her place of work
where she has a menagerie of craptacular shit.

And here's her with more cardboard 'people'. Wonky Eye. Trust me, it's behind
the photoshopping.

Even a fake cardboard person looks at Crazy with distaste.  It's almost like he
wants to yell 'NOOO!' and run away....if only he were real.

Look! She had a party and only one male human came! But I'm sure he's familiarly bound
without a choice.

Here, we have her friends posing with what they believe is a real
person...handing out copies of a cd.

And here we have a college whatsherface, who seemed to have had a drinking problem and a sequins addiction.

Hey sweetie, I didn't approve use of my photos that were taken in a private home, nor did Carrie, nor did Tammy. We've already talked to an attorney. I sure hope this comes down. For your sake. Not that I give a shit about you, but legal expenses, and all. :) Cheers!!

Dear Kami,

Please reference the above blog post as none of your information - ie name, photo, likeness - is (or was) here. But thanks for posting everyone's name in your comment.

By the way, a cease and desist letter is what is needed, not a lawyer, and certainly not a lot of money. A basic letter, mailed to me and notarized by a notary (which you can have done at a bank)asking to take the post down. Its a lot cheaper than an attorney.

However, nothing is copyrighted or copied and used without permission given the editing done on the photos. There are no names used, no places, no landmarks, no private information.

The links (if that is your issue) are legal to post as they are not copyrighted or private. If Carrie wants to make her album private, the link will cease to work rendering my post just totally useless.

If you were going to sue based on anything, maybe that you don't give a shit about me, I don't think that will work.

Thanks for stopping by and reading my blog. But honestly you are giving me way too much credit by being so offended by my piddly stupid little blog.

On the prior post, I have permission to copy and paste and post screen captures of what was posted there by comments some individuals made. It's written permission visible in the comments.

Cheers!
Dawn.

How many 'stalkers' must one have before they realize THEY are the actual problem.

Actually, I think 'Crazy' pretty much nailed it. You were popular at one time but not anymore. You post about your disputes with friends on your blog...that is sad.

I was popular? Wow. Thanks. That's means everything to me. What's 'crazy' is a moron pretending to talk to an attorney and taking pretend 'legal' action for an idiotic blog that doesn't even have them in it. That's crazy. Bwahaha.

Correction, these aren't my friends, dear. My friends aren't ignorant morons. Secondly this post is well over a week old, posted once and left alone. You're late to the party. So sad.

But, know that your comment meant a lot to everyone, Anonymous.
