Vegan Four Layer Dip

It can be many more layers....but this is a "What's In The Pantry For Supper" Edition.

Sometimes I forget when supper time rolls around that I'm the one that's supposed to be making it. So....this was a quick vegan throw together supper.


I didn't have any tomatoes, or tomato sauce, to make any
Spanish rice....sooooo I browned the rice in some coconut oil as usual
and then added vegetable bouillon and water. 
This is the first layer. 

Then a layer of refried beans.

Then the next layer was corn. 

Then topped with some fresh avocados. 

Voila! 

I loved it so much, I grew a mustache! OLE!
