Hey Jenny! For the past year I've only made them off and on. But for the past week, I've had one every single morning! My 15 year old is my smoothie buddy...my 18 year old won't touch them...nor with James. lol

I've been a vegetarian off and on for years and decided to go back ON full time again. My 15 year old is also my buddy on this. After hearing all the benefits of flaxseed, I was sold. I have RA and horrible joints and literally walk around here like I'm 85 years old and have had it! The side effects of RA meds scare me to death and I refuse to be a slave to meds again. SO...enter the monster.

We have a spinach and fruit one every AM and then a fruit and milk one every afternoon and I plan to do that as long as I can! I am feeling the energy benefits already which is awesome and spinach along with the flaxseed will have nothing but positive outcomes for me!

BTW - Anna is just sprouting up like a weed!

Hey Dawn! I've been making these for about 2 years and they've changed my life! I use unsweetened vanilla almond milk as my liquid and have used all sorts of gnarly, leafy greens (kale, collards--even cooked, unseasoned broccoli) with great results. I hardly survived 6 days at Disney World, eating Mickey Mouse waffles for breakfast instead of my beloved smoothies. I'm so dependent upon them that I usually travel with a ziploc of frozen smoothie, so that I don't have to do without one in the morning. Oh and Kevin's cousin's wife all but cured her horrible psoriasis by incorporating spinach smoothies into her diet! She'd tried so many medications, to no avail. She lost 30(ish) lbs and cleared up her skin all by drinking a daily spinach smoothie! This has turned into an infomercial...sorry, but I'm just as passionate about them as you are!

Just stumbled across your blog as I saw a coupon for Color Oops and wanted to find out more about it before I committed. I have the same situation as your older daughter did, even with trying to recolor to get it uniform and winding up with the dark, darker, and the light, lighter or red, even, in places. At any rate, so happy I read this and thank you so much for your review! It is my total and complete pleasure to not only try your product, but to give feedback and encourage others to do so.

As a teenager, I constantly had breakouts on my chin. I did some modeling and my mother would always take me to the dermatologist and he would literally inject medicine via needle into the zits which has left me with scars on my chin. That's always sucked. I'm 41 now and still get chin outbreaks and 'rash' type outbreaks on my cheeks. I've used Proactive as well...and it's great in the beginning...and expensive and not natural.

I make my own EVOO and tea tree oil that stays in my bathroom for a non-routine thing. But I really needed an all natural (very important to me) affordable face wash.

EffOff not only is all natural, but it's a 'scrub' as well as a facewash and I love that!

I got it Saturday and used it Saturday night and Sunday night. Today, the zits I have are already fading and the 'crud' on my upper cheeks are less.

So I'm sold. I'm impressed and I am more than happy to help support and spread the word of someone like you who works so hard to make a difference with natural ingredients!

Dawn, I am so honored! EffOff is like my life story, don't stop until you get it right.... And grow up and be able to take suggestions (which I am still doing with users).

I have no negative feedback thus far and I can't believe it. There are two people testing EffOff right now who are switching from proactiv to my humble formula to see what happens.

But you didn't have to have bad skin to use it. I have just forgotten what having bad skin is :-/ but I once did too!

Everyone is commenting on their glowing soft skin and so I feel a less crazy for being the lady trying to sell you some crap from my kitchen. My goal is to keep EffOff totally affordable and BETTER than expensive formulas.

Berry being gay is a non issue for me. The issue is - he was where he was accused of being at. That's all. That's all he had to say.

But he drug it on a week (weeks since the actual incident). He hired an attorney, he then 'responded' with such anger at KPRC that was unwarranted. That's why this is all blown out of proportion.

He's had mishaps in the past, and it was all swept under the rug. He can state he's not a gay basher - but his definition may be askew from reality as to exactly what a gay basher is. He talks shit.
